This single-origin is roasted light bringing out notes of fruits and berries

The coffee comes from a group of small holder farmers in Kebele in the Buku Sayisa, Guji Zone in southern Ethiopia, one of the highest elevation coffee growing regions in the country. These lots are made up of coffee from several hundred different farmers, most with only a couple hundred coffee trees or less. Coffee farming has been a core part of their culture in this area for many years.

The coffee is processed using the dry or natural process, meaning the whole coffee cherries are laid to dry on raised beds for 2-3 weeks.
