Decaf Ethiopia, Limu Boter

This single-origin decaf is roasted medium bringing out notes of cocoa and brown sugar. 

This lot was processed by Swiss Water Decaf company, whose patented method uses only water, no chemicals, to gently remove 99.9% of the caffeine content, leaving the flavor intact. 

The beans come from the Senna Katta Mountain farm, the only coffee farm in a remote forest area in the Boter forest preserve in Ethiopia. It's considered semi-forest coffee since it's not wild coffee but still grows beneath the preserved forest canopy.
